HAPPY FEBRUARY!!!
So it’s 2017 and like most of you I cannot wait to see all that the New Year has in store. Rather than creating unrealistic resolutions; you know the kind that I’m talking about. They usually last a week followed by a month riddled with guilt, anxiety and chocolate... to soothe you from within.
This year I decided to make positive choices not changes that will ultimately lead to my best 2017. My intentions are to inspire and encourage you to do the same.
Choice #1: Taking control of my reproductive health- By that I mean educating myself. As the great Faye Wattleton once said, “You cannot defend your rights if you don’t understand them...”
Choice #2: I’m making myself Accountable. I’m officially a CLUE Ambassador!!!

As a CLUE Ambassador I get to be a voice not only for menstrual health but reproductive health and gender equality! My mission is to bring my community together through discussions, blog posts and videos. As a Medical Student and a part of this amazingly diverse network I get to see firsthand the concerns and questions of those in my community. What a truly awesome way to start 2017!
