Baked Maple Salmon
Ingredients:
Salmon Fillets (2 or more, depending on how many people. Recipe based on each fillet.)
1 tsp Caynne pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
3 Tbsp maple syrup
a pinch of salt to taste.
Directions:
Use Tin foil, place on a baking tray, add oil to the bottom and place salmon on the foil and cover. Bake at 375 degrees for 23-25 minutes, should flake off with a fork.
Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Directions:
3 large sweet potatoes
Peel and cut into bite size pieces
coat them with olive oil or 3 Tbsp butter, a pinch of salt and pepper, place in a baking
tray.
Cook at 375 degrees, for 30-40 minutes until soft, use a fork to determine the softness.
Sautéed Green beans
Ingredients:
1 pound of green beans
2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
Wash and take ends off the green beans.
In a non-stick frying pan, melt the butter on a medium to high heat, then place the green beans in the pan. Add paprika and garlic powder, cook and turn the heat to a medium temperature until they are soft or to your liking. They can still have a crunch to them, however you prefer your green beans.
